The brand — a maker of carbon TT bars — needed a 3D-printed support mount with threaded inserts to test the fit with the rider on the customer's bar before final production; the setup then raced at the Tour de France and the Giro d'Italia.

One engineer, one thread, per part

The note you write on a part when you upload it opens that part's thread, and every question about it stays there. No "RE: RE: RE: Fwd: updated price?", no prices confirmed over WhatsApp, no ticket queue.

The part that got auto-rejected? Send it.

Automated DFM no-quotes geometry it can't parse — undercuts, thin walls, deep pockets a machinist fixtures every week. Here, "can't be made" never comes from software: an engineer looks at the part and comes back with how to build it, or the small change that unlocks it.
