The requirement was food-grade HDPE — parts safe for direct contact with food. OperGo's engineers sourced and produced them to that spec, with the same traceability and revision history as every other part on the platform.
The brand — a maker of carbon TT bars — needed a 3D-printed support mount with threaded inserts to test the fit with the rider on the customer's bar before final production; the setup then raced at the Tour de France and the Giro d'Italia.
The group uses OperGo to digitize physical parts for dimensional validation — scanning components with 3D metrology equipment and checking the results against the original design before parts move forward.

Automated DFM no-quotes geometry it can't parse — undercuts, thin walls, deep pockets a machinist fixtures every week. Here, "can't be made" never comes from software: an engineer looks at the part and comes back with how to build it, or the small change that unlocks it.
