OperGo Engine

The engine behind every quote we price.

Every quote, order, delivery note and invoice lives on one internal system — for your team and for ours. It's the reason an engineer can price your part line by line and still get back to you within 48 hours. It isn't a product you buy; it's simply how we run the shop.

The mechanism

Everything around the quote runs itself.

Bulk RFQs, grouped production runs, quote-to-order, live costs — the operational load that usually eats an engineer's day is carried by the system, not a person. That's what leaves the engineer free to price your part line by line and still answer within 48 hours.

Bulk RFQ & configurator

Load hundreds of parts in one RFQ and configure material, quantity, variants and finishes for each — no part-by-part uploads.

Grouped runs across every process

Parts that need CNC, coating and assembly move through one grouped run instead of three separate orders — priced, scheduled and tracked as one job.

Quote-to-order

Approved quotes become orders with full traceability, in one click.

All costs, one place

Every quote and order, per part and per finish — priced and tracked automatically.

The OperGo bulk RFQ configurator: several parts in one request, each row holding its 3D and 2D files, reference, process, material, finishes and quantities — with bulk actions to set quantities or copy a configuration across parts, and a side panel selecting CNC machining on metals down to the exact alloy.
The bulk RFQ view · real UI, anonymized parts

How work enters the system: many parts configured in one request — each row holds its files, process, material, finishes and quantities, with bulk actions across parts.

One record, spec to invoice

Six tabs. The whole life of a part.

Every part lives on a single record — specifications, quotation, validation, samples, orders and invoices. Not six documents scattered across email and spreadsheets: six tabs of the same screen, kept by the same team that makes the part.

The specifications tab of a part's record in the OperGo platform: 3D model and 2D drawing slots for the current revision, dimensions and volume read from the CAD, and the configuration summary — process, family, material and specification — pinned to the part.
The specifications tab · real UI, anonymized part

Drawings, material, finish and tolerances pinned to the part — one spec your team and ours both work against.

The shop

The team that quotes your part is the team that makes it.

We're not a marketplace: your file doesn't get forwarded to a stranger. It's quoted by our engineers, produced in our own facilities under our own quality control, and tracked in one place, from first drawing to invoice. With factories and assembly lines in both Europe and Asia, every part is made where it makes the most sense: scale pricing when you need volume, European proximity when you need control. We're the partner that grows with your project, not just the supplier for one order.

The OperGo way

One partner, end to end.

  • Machining, finishing, assembly, packaging — one team
  • A whole BOM quoted as one product, not as unrelated parts
  • Handoffs happen inside, not between vendors
  • One PO, one invoice, one responsible engineer
  • DFM checks and validated samples before production launches
  • Live status of every process, in one thread

Proof at scale

A catalog no spreadsheet could hold.

The clearest test of the system is a designer switch & socket brand that runs its entire product line on it, with no factory of their own. Take a single four-position cover plate: each position can carry any mechanism — one or two levers, one to four buttons in any layout, round or square, a Schuko socket, a Schuko with USB, a hotel keycard, a motion sensor — on a plate with its own edge design, in any finish from the full RAL range to brushed gold, gun metal, brushed nickel, chrome or old gold. That's how ~50 base components become over 1.5 billion orderable references, generated live.

A 1.5B-SKU catalog runs on it

100%of production delegated — design, tooling, manufacturing and invoicing run by OperGo
+1.5 billionreferences, prices and BOMs, generated live with OperGo's matrix finish system
+50 piecesbase components combined into every switch, socket and cover-plate SKU

See it on your own parts

The fastest way to see the system is to use it.

Send one part or your whole BOM — quoted as one product, not part by part. You'll get a real price, a real lead time and free DFM notes, on the same system that runs a 1.5-billion-reference catalog.
